A creamy and satisfying potato soup made with just four simple ingredients, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or cozy weekends.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Potatoes (starchy varieties like Russet or Yukon Gold), peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium Onion, sautéed
  • 4 cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by peeling and cubing them into even pieces.
  2. Sauté the onion in a large pot over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the potatoes with the sautéed onions and broth until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
