Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper in a crockpot.
  2. Combine heavy cream, cream cheese, minced garlic, and butter in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the creamy mixture over the chicken in the crockpot, ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours, until the chicken is tender.
  5. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente, about 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks, then stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
  7. Serve the creamy chicken sauce over the spaghetti and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it tender. Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
