A delightful twist on dinner, these Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells combine the rich creaminess of Alfredo sauce with tender pasta shells filled with savory chicken and broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli, chopped
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the pasta shells according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, ricotta cheese, and 1 cup of Alfredo sauce in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Top with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers. Freshly shredded cheese will provide better melting and flavor.
