1 pound ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet chili seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup beef broth
Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Combine the cooked beef, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chili seasoning, salt, pepper, and beef broth in your crockpot.
Mix the ingredients until well combined for even flavor distribution.
Set the crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
