Crack Chicken is a flavorful and easy dish featuring tender chicken in a creamy ranch and cheese mixture, perfect for sandwiches or lettuce wraps.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix generously over the chicken.
  3. Cut the cream cheese into squares and place them on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  6. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and sliced green onions.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Enjoy your Crack Chicken on sandwich rolls or lettuce wraps.
