A delightful dish featuring tender chicken in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for an easy weeknight meal or a special occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and scrape the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to another simmer.
  7. Whisk in the parmesan cheese gradually until melted and smooth.
  8. Combine the chicken back into the skillet, simmering in the sauce for another 3-5 minutes; add spinach if using during the last minute.
  9. Serve hot with the creamy garlic sauce spooned over the chicken.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Adjust sauce thickness with chicken broth if needed.
