Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: If using frozen chicken breasts, ensure they are thawed. Pat dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  3. Layer the ingredients: In the slow cooker, place the seared chicken breasts. Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Add cream cheese: Cut the cream cheese into chunks and distribute it over the chicken mixture.
  5. Add broccoli: Ensure the broccoli florets are submerged in the sauce.
  6. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or on high for 120-180 minutes.
  7. Add cheddar: About 15 minutes before serving, add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
