A simple and comforting chicken pot pie made with tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a flaky crust, perfect for busy families.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
  4. Add the chicken mixture into the prepared crust.
  5. Top with another pie crust, pinching the edges and cutting slits for steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving warm.
