Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup rice (uncooked)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

  2. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Use breast or thigh pieces for a tender outcome. Fresh ingredients yield the best results.
