Transform Brussels sprouts with a sweet and tangy balsamic glaze for a simple, healthy dish that enhances any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; toss until well coated.
  4. Spread the sprouts evenly on a baking sheet cut side down and roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove from the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and return for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
  6. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving platter and enjoy while warm.

Notes

For best results, ensure sprouts are uniform in size and do not overcrowd the baking sheet.
