Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin bread, crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Shape the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the truffles for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator until firm to the touch.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Coat each pumpkin bread ball in melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  6. Add sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate hardens.

Notes

For a nut-free option, omit nuts and sprinkles. Experiment with dark or milk chocolate for coating if desired.
