Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 tablespoons garlic butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz pasta (your choice)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once al dente, drain and set aside.
Melt the garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat until bubbly.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
Reduce the heat slightly and stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the sauce is creamy and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the chicken and sauce, ensuring everything is well combined.
Top with freshly chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of color and flavor.
Notes
Don’t overcook the chicken. Adjust the cream for a lighter sauce by using half and half. Stir constantly when mixing in the cream and cheese.
