Ingredients

  • Pork Chops (4, bone-in or boneless)
  • Beef Broth (1 cup)
  • Onion (1, sliced)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Cornstarch (2 tablespoons, optional, for thickening)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  2. Layer the sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Add the seasoned pork chops on top of the onions and garlic.
  4. Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops, ensuring the meat is well-covered.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Thicken the gravy (optional) by mixing cornstarch with water and stirring in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
