Ingredients
1 cup jerked beef
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Olives (for the pupils)
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Instructions
Prep ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the filling: In a large bowl, combine the jerked beef, cream cheese, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
Form eyeballs: Take about a tablespoon of the beef mixture and roll it into a ball, about the size of a golf ball. Place on a greased baking sheet.
Add olive pupils: Slice the olives in half and press one half into the center of each eyeball.
Bake the eyeballs: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
Cool and serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Chill the dough if the mixture is too sticky, and avoid overbaking to ensure the eyeballs remain tender and flavorful.
